Iona, Shield of Emeria + Cloudshift

Hello,
I've searched the forum and the combo section but I couldn't find anything related to this.
If I play Iona, shield of emeria and chose red for exemple, I Use cloudshift on Iona, and chose green.
Will opponent be unable to play red AND Green spells or is the Iona's effect only working while she's on the battlefield and the opponent will therefore only be unable to play green?

Iona, shield of emeria, Cloudshift

The Ionia reentering the battlefield is a new object with no memory of what it was before whatsoever, there will be only one chosen color, green in your exemple, and your opponent will only be prevented from casting green spells.
Also, yes, Iona's ability only works while she's on the battlefield, so if you play Ghostway, your opponent won't be prevented to cast red spells while Ionia is exiled.
