Voila je vais sur divers forums pour essayer d'aider un "ami" car il a quelques problèmes.

Je me demandais si des avocats étaient présents dans l'assemblée~

Actuellement une méchante société (Eurocenter) essaye de faire fermer Nezumi.fr.

Cette société exploite actuellement http://www.graalonline.com/ et http://www.fairyland-europe.com/ .

J'y ai travaillé un an et demi, et je suis à présent parti. J'ai reçu plusieurs mails, en particulier un email demandant la fermeture de trois de mes serveurs US (dont le serveur de FRO) :

disable access to this computer and remove its contents from view. Should you

that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by Eurocenter,

euh ..

1) son site, il semble l avoir deja fermé...

2) ne jamais divulger un mail, une mise en cause ou autre document sans le consentement de la partie adverse ...

3) un avocat ca se trouve pas sur un forum mais dans l annuaire ou dans son proche entourage

4) une affaire qui semble simple, peut etre tres complexe surtout dans le domaine des droits et copyrights donc qu il paye un avocat pour une explication sur son cas (200e/heure minimum pour un bon)
